I get a cramp in my calf as soon as I’ve bounced for a few minutes on the XenPod. Is that normal?
The cramping you experience may be due to a few different reasons, mostly because the movement of the lymph is too much for your lymph valves to handle. (try any or all of the following suggestions, see which one(s) work for you):
1. Make sure that your knees are locked when bouncing. Bending your knees stops your lymph from flowing as freely as it needs, and this blockage can cause your calves (or other areas of your body) to cramp.
